Our Management Team
Managing Director Troy Daffy has more than 20 years of construction, project management and property development experience. In addition to being one of the founders of Silverstone Developments and Managing Director, Troy spent more than 10 years as Managing Director of Blackwatch Projects, one of Brisbane’s leading design and construct building companies. Prior to founding Blackwatch Projects, Troy managed design and project management for leading construction and property companies in Queensland.
Troy has an unparalleled knowledge of all facets of the development and construction industry. Troy’s business management has enabled Silverstone Developments to quickly establish itself as a serious market player in the development space in which it operates.
Darren has been involved in Residential, Industrial and Commercial construction in QLD, NSW and overseas for more than 25 years.
With his formal qualifications and industry experience, Darren’s role as Construction Manager sees him direct and coordinate the business’ construction operations. Darren has unparalleled knowledge of all facets of the construction industry, including project and design management, contract management and significant experience in a wide range of construction methodologies and projects with a hands-on approach to every project.
Luke O’Dwyer has been with Silverstone Developments since its inception. He started his career in site acquisitions with McDonald’s Australia and quickly moved into development management. His time was split between managing people across the business and the delivery of developments which has provided him a comprehensive understanding of the development process from design through to delivery.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Francois joined Silverstone in October 2014 as CFO and is responsible for the financial well-being of Silverstone. Prior to joining Silverstone Francois gained valuable experience working at Flight Centre Limited, Ernst & Young and PwC Australia. Francois is a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Francois manages Silverstone’s banking, financial reporting and day to day finances as well as overseeing the accounting staff. He has developed a very strong understanding of the development industry.
Caroline is the Communications Manager and is responsible for the company’s marketing and public relations. Previously Caroline worked in corporate communications for BOQ and Commonwealth Bank. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Communications from QUT.
Peter joined Silverstone in 2013 as Sales Manager and is responsible for the sales and marketing of all developments and the management of our sales channels. Previously he has a long history in sales and finance in the UK and more than 12 years in the real estate industry since arriving in Australia.
