Sassari is a riverfront apartment complex located at 25 Duncan Street, West End. Offering luxury finishes, strong architectural design and river and city views, Sassari saw strong demand from both owner-occupiers and investors.

Completed in 2015, Sassari was Silverstone’s first foray in to the West End marketplace. The strong rental market in West End combined with strong rental yields have meant a positive result for investors.
